The story of Modern Bakery began in 1983 in Rajakumary, Idukki, as a small family bakery focused on baking the right way. Founded by Mr. V. V. Kuriakose and Mrs. Mary Kuriakose, the venture began on a small scale and expanded steadily, always upholding uncompromised quality standards.
